We prepare and ship your orders within 2-3 business days once the order is placed. We provide express delivery to 70 countries worldwide. 
International Express Shipping (4-5 business days) is a £35-50. Duties and Import Fees are additional and paid on delivery by the customer.
Domestic Shipping (2-4 business days) is free. Please note the transit time is estimated and ultimately depends on your final shipping location. 
INVINTAGE ships all packages with the signature required option. If you request us to ship without a signature for delivery, you assume responsibility for any missing packages.
 
Tracking your order.
After placing the order, you will receive an email with the shipment confirmation (tracking number) which you can use to track the parcel.
PLEASE NOTE. If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to INVINTAGE, the Customer will be responsible to pay to have the item reshipped.

R e t u r n s  p o l i c y. 
 
We fully disclose the condition of each product available on our site. Every used item offered by INVINTAGE has been carefully hand-picked, cleaned, and restored to the best condition unless noted otherwise. Orders will be sent to customers ready to be used. 
All products are sold as they are shown in the pictures. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding an item. Every customer is important to us, and we will gladly respond to any queries within 12 hours of receipt. We will provide you with all the necessary information, so you can make the right decision.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you need to contact us and return the item within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The item should be posted to us within 7 days of purchase. The customer should provide us with the tracking details once the return is posted. We kindly ask you to use signature required services. We process a refund within 72 hours once the item will be delivered and checked. We will inform you once we receive your returned item.

Specially sourced items cannot be returned, and sales are final.

Please note. We reserve the right to refuse returns if it fails to meet the following criteria:
-Items should be returned unused.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Dust bags, certificates, or authenticity cards should be included in your return where they were provided.
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold.
Returns altered from the original described condition, are damaged or items without original tags may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
